We work with Tele-Medical Companies to provide service and support. We also staff physicians with these services. We offer competitive pay and we make sure the interests of our physician are taken care of first and foremost.
We follow all federal and state
guidelines that are required to operate
this business.
In order for us to abide by these guidelines we require:
• The patient must provide (via fax, mail, etc…) medical records generated from such a physical exam as well as medical records documenting an extensive history on their chronic condition and a state issued I.D.
• The patient fills out a medical form online to determine other prescription uses, allergies, subsequent health developments, etc…
• The patient must receive a face to face exam by the prescribing doctor. The face to face only has to occur once then the patient may receive telephonic consults to receive a prescription for the months following. (This requirement begins April 15, 2009 due to the Ryan Haight Bill pasted last year.)
